Counselling/psychotherapy can help if you want to know yourself better and work on your own development.
If you are going through a life crisis, experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression or going through overwhelming changes in your life, counselling/psychotherapy might offer the support you need to make the necessary changes.
The foundation of my work is biographical counselling which helps to identify patterns in our stories and understand them in order to make meaning in the present and develop our future creatively.
Knowledge of systemic therapy, an understanding of mental health, the study of dreams from a jungian point of view and of the human being from an anthroposophical perspective all inform my practice. I also integrate art practices and biography work into therapy.
I am committed to study and grow my knowledge of psychotherapeutic practices from a wide perspective.
I aim to create a non-judgemental, confidential and safe counselling environment in which growth, change, and healing can take place. The result can be a healthier, more enjoyable and satisfying way of living. I work and live in Edinburgh
